Short version: Volt Lift doesn't collect any data. Your workouts stay on your iPhone.
Your program, workouts, sets, records, level and settings are saved in a file on your phone. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and they are removed when you delete the app. If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer, that backup may include this file, under Apple's privacy policy.
There are no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no third-party trackers. The app doesn't use your location, camera, contacts or health data, and it doesn't make network requests of its own.
This website (not the app) uses PostHog product analytics: pages viewed, clicks, approximate location. We never sell data.
If you allow notifications, the app schedules a local alert on your phone when a rest timer ends. Nothing is sent to a server.
Volt Lift doesn't ask for anyone's name, email or age, and we don't collect personal information from anyone.
